Overview

This document provides a set of instructions for installing the latest QAS Mailsort V8.xx product update. This product upgrade is required for all customers using QAS Mailsort V8.xx. 

Instructions

  1. Once logged in, please select the QAS Mailsort 08.xx update and click Download.


     
  2. Open the exe file and follow the on-screen installation instructions.
     
  3. When asked for a Install Location, please select the folder/directory of your existing QAS Mailsort V8.xx install.


     
  4. In this example, the existing version is Mailsort verson 8.70 therefore the location is directed to the Mailsort v8.70 folder.


     
  5. Remove the added default "QASMSORT" folder name. This only needs to be saved in the main folder.


     
  6. The following message should appear. Click yes.


     
  7. Once installed, please restart the computer.
     
  8. At the bottom of the General Settings tab, please select the latest Mailsort and/or Walksort Tables and/or Tariff Tables to configure QAS Mailsort to use the latest Mailsort Database.
