Solution

In order to purchase credits you must have an account with QAS Pro On Demand. Once you have logged into your account, click on the Purchase Credits button at the right of your login screen.

Step 1a – Select the Amount of Credits You Wish to Purchase

Select the number of credits you would like to purchase from the drop down menu and click Next.

Step 1b – Pricing Information

This window will show you the cost of this purchase and the expiry date for the credits included in this purchase.

Step 2 – Enter Payment Details

Please complete the Payment Details form. This requires your credit or debit card details and the billing address for that card. Once the details have been entered, click Next

Step 3 – Confirm Order

Please check that the order, payment details and billing address are correct before clicking Submit. If any details are incorrect, click on the <Previous button to return to the previous screen. Once your order has been processed you will be sent an order confirmation email.

Step 4 – Purchase Confirmation

This window will confirm that your purchase has been successful. It will tell you how many credits have been added to your account. You will notice the number of Remaining Credits at the top right of the screen would have increased accordingly.
