Public training held at QAS

Using a combination of theory and hands on experience, training from QAS will help you identify issues with your name and address database and maximise your investment in QAS solutions.

We provide you with the tools to empower your employees and get up and running quickly to meet deadlines. Public sessions include:

Public sessions are held at a QAS office and follow a set course. The number of delegates are limited to a maximum of 6, and a strict "no PC-sharing" policy is enforced to ensure a high level of personal attention and client satisfaction. All equipment, including training materials and laptops are provided. The sessions start at 10am sharp; delegates are invited to arrive early for coffee. During the session there are morning and afternoon refreshment breaks, and lunch at a local restaurant is provided.

No prior knowledge of QAS or IDentifier is assumed, however, a working knowledge of your database and the operating system our software is installed on is necessary.

You can redeem your Customer Success Programme points when booking training:

• Any full day bespoke training at your organisation = 1,500 points
• A full day QAS public training session for 2 people = 1,000 points
• A full day QAS public training session for 1 person = 800 points
