Summary

This document illustrates how to resolve the ‘Evaluation expired’ warning message received during use of QAS products.

This warning message can be presented in one of two ways:

  • Data Warning Dialog (shown below)
  • Within an Administrator Notification Email (configured on the QAS Server)

The error message that you have experienced indicates that the evaluation licences for one or more of your QAS data sets have reached their expiry date. You will no longer be able to access these expired data sets.

The warning dialog box/Administrator Notification email lists the data sets that have expired.

Evaluation Expired Warning Dialog

In the above example the GBR and GBRBAR licence keys have both expired.

Your QAS product will continue to work only with those data sets that have not expired.

Solution

In order to continue using your expired QAS data sets, please contact your Experian QAS Account Manager to purchase a full licence.
