How to change the look of the Pro User Interface

Summary

How to change the look of the Pro user Interface (UI) by ‘hiding’ the menu and/or the toolbar and/or the partial address bar.

This is simply achieved by simply configuring its ‘User Interface Options’ within the Configuration Editor (Windows Plug n Go product only).

Solution

1. Click on the Configuration Editor icon in the QAS Pro Windows Program Group to run the Configuration Editor.

2. Select the User Interface Options by either clicking on the User Interface Options button on the toolbar. Alternatively, you can select ‘User Interface Options from the left-hand pane or from the View menu.

3. Change the options by using the tick boxes:

4. Once all changes have been made save all changes using the File > Save menu option, or by clicking on the floppy disk icon on the menu toolbar.

5. Restart QAS Pro and test your new layout has been correctly configured.
