How do I update the data location for Mailsort 4.5?
If Mailsort is unable to locate the data files it will produce an error message stating the current data directory and the missing files. This may occur if the data files are installed to a folder which is subsequently moved or deleted.
After clicking OK to the warning, Mailsort will prompt the user to update the path for the data directory. Browse for the Mailsort data directory and click OK to update the software with the new data location.
The above prompt is available for modification at any time during Mailsort use. It is accessible by selecting the “Tools” option from the menu bar and then “Database Location”.
