License Keys for QAS Pro Server

Supporting up to a thousand Pro clients, QAS Pro Server is our high-performance application for larger call centers.
 

You should have received a license key via email and/or on the shipping notice for your product. If you do not have a license key, please contact us.support@qas.com to obtain one.

License keys are necessary on all QAS products v4 and above. You will have a different license key per data set you install. The following instructions apply to any new license keys, whether you are extending an evaluation or applying a permanent key following purchase.

Instructions for applying license key(s) for QAS Pro Server

For client-server setups of Pro Server, the Configuration Editor is located on the server.

1. Open your Configuration Editor, either from your Start menu or by browsing to the QAS Pro installation directory and double-clicking on QACFGWN.EXE.
2. If your license has expired, you may get an error while Configuration Editor is launching. Click OK.
3. Click on Database Manager in the left panel, then Licenses in the right panel.
4. Paste or type your license key and click Add. Include all dashes, and keep in mind that any letters will be upper case. Be sure to clear out any leading or trailing spaces, because those will cause errors.
5. If you receive a warning that the key conflicts with an earlier key, click OK.
6. Click Save in the upper left hand corner of the Configuration Editor and close it. You will need to bounce the QAS Pro Server service and close and open Pro for the new license key(s) to take effect.
